Repair Status Tracking

To ensure a smooth process and a guaranteed slot in our workshop, please follow the steps below to book your service.

1. Online Booking (Overhauls & COA)

For General Overhauls and COA services (Clean, Oil, Adjust), we use an automated online scheduling system. This allows you to see our real-time availability and pick a date that works best for you.

2. Requesting an Estimate

If you require a cost estimate before booking, please send an inquiry to our team via email:

To help us provide an accurate assessment, please include the following in your message:

  • Clear photos of the instrument (body, keys).

  • A brief description of the specific repairs required or any issues you are experiencing.

3. Invoicing & Payment Process

Transparency is key to our workflow. Once your instrument has arrived safely at our workshop, the following steps apply:

  • Invoicing: We will issue and send a formal invoice to you via email after the physical intake of the instrument.

  • Payment Terms: Please note that all repair work must be paid in full before the repair process begins. Work will commence as soon as the payment has been cleared.
